These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yuda mobile application and the goyuda.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Yuda ("Yuda," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to use Yuda. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.
2The service
Yuda helps service businesses log work, generate professional invoices, send those invoices to their customers, and track payment status. The Service is provided primarily through a mobile application.
We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3Your account
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials and device secure;
- All activity that occurs under your account;
- Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may close your account at any time. Some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
4Credits & payments
Yuda has no monthly fees or subscriptions. Instead, you purchase invoice credits and use them when you send invoices.
- Credits are purchased through the app via the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and those stores' terms and payment processing also apply.
- Credit prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Launch pricing, where offered, applies for the period stated in the app.
- New accounts may receive a limited number of free invoices, as described in the app. No payment is required to begin using the Service.
- Except where required by law or the app store's policies, purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
5Invoices & your customers
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the invoices you create, including amounts, descriptions of work, tax, and the payment details you provide to your customers.
Yuda is a tool for creating and sending invoices and tracking their status. Yuda is not a payment processor and does not collect payments on your behalf unless expressly stated. Any payment arrangement is strictly between you and your customer.
6Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Send fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized invoices or messages;
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Misrepresent your identity or your business.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.
7Your content
You retain ownership of the information you put into Yuda — your business details, customer records, and invoice data ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having the rights to the information you provide, including any customer information, and for using it in compliance with applicable law.
8Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Yuda does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices and business practices comply with the laws that apply to you.
9Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to Yuda, other users, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
